Henson Park Homeowners Association

Welcome to the Henson Park Homeowners Association (the "HOA").  Henson Park is a townhouse community, of thirty-nine units, established in 1988, located in Arlington, Virginia.  Henson Park Homeowners Association is a private non-profit organization which maintains and governs the common area surrounding the community.  Annually, the owners of units in Henson Park elect a Board of Directors to represent the owner's interests, adopt and enforce rules and regulations, as well as contract for services for the benefit of the association, including landscaping, maintenance of the parking lot, and a professional property management team.
