History of the Homeowners Association

A Brief History

Henson Park Homeowners Association, Incorporated, is s a private non-profit organization which maintains and governs the common area surrounding the community. The HOA was first incorporated on May 15th, 1987 under the name "Perry Knolls Homeowners Association, Incorporated". Later the name was changed to "Henson Park Homeowners Association, Incorporated".

The Association’s corporate existence was terminated under the provisions of Article 13 of Chapter 10 of Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended (1950), Va. Code Ann. § 13.1-914, on or about September 16, 1996. The Henson Park Homeowners Association, Incorporated was reincorporated on or about September 23, 2012.
