As required by the Henson Park Homeowners By-Laws, and detailed in the Henson Park Homeowners Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (in particular, see the details in Schedule A), before you make any change to your property you must ask for and receive permission in writing from the Architectural Review Committee. The goal of this process is the preservation of the values and amenities for our community. Be sure to review the current architectural guidelines, as they are revised and updated periodically.
The description must include complete information necessary to thoroughly understand anticipated modifications or additions such as the height, width, size, shape, color, etc. Please submit photographs, sketches, brochures, county building permits, and a copy of your plat with the location of the improvement(s) indicated on it. The Architectural Review Committee (which as of March, 2024 consists of the HOA Board of Directors) will take into account the opinion of your neighbors when reviewing your request. The approval or disapproval of your neighbors does not constitute an approval or disapproval of your proposed change.
