Henson Park Homeowners Association

Welcome to the Henson Park Homeowners Association (HOA). Established in 1988, our community consists of thirty-nine town-homes in the heart of Arlington, Virginia. As a private non-profit, the HOA is dedicated to maintaining and governing our shared spaces. Each year, residents elect a Board of Directors to represent the community’s interests, oversee essential services, such as landscaping and parking lot maintenance, and partner with our professional property management team.

• If you are selling your home soon and need a Virginia Resale packet or a closing statement, please contact the Closings Team: Closings@csmhoa.com  Although you are not required to, the Board of Directors recommends you also contact the HOA Board to ensure prompt and accurate information.
